Hello Peoples!! I have raised all the money!!!!!!!!! I am beyond happy, although I need much more money to cover the cost of the rest of the expensises which I am probably going to be in debt with my parents for the rest of my life. haha, But I'm good with that. So Please pray for me, I am going through a hard time and I'm just trusting God that when I come out I'll be stronger within him. Some of the stuff I'm going through is going on in my church, and others is just personally what I'm going through (sortof like a spirital battle... I dont know if thats what you'd call it though.) lol, so anyways please pray for me.

Just another blog...

Hello, I just wanted to let you know. That I am still fundraising, but I am sort of tired of just talking about how I fund raised and how I'm going- I'm sure you are too ;) I mean I know that God will supply and it makes me nervous to write it out every time. So anyways, in about a month (after I am finished fundraising- ha.) I am going to start sponsoring a child from Guatemala. I am thinking a kid that is like 6-7, or someone that's my age. I'm not completely sure though but I'm excited that I'm going to be able to help someone and to continue helping someone across the world, even after the trip is over. But anyways, If you could pray for me and the 600 other teens whom are going on the trip-- Because I can tell you one thing. Satan is not liking what were doing, he is going to (and he already is.. its insane.) try to get this trip to not happen, some way or another. Because he knows that through this trip so many people are going to grow spiritually, mentally, and just become closer to God. So if you could pray about that.
I am getting a little nervous, but so excited! (Its a mixed emotion).

Hey Peoples!!

Okay. So I have increased my total since my last blog. My grand total is: (drum roll please) $1,036. I am almost half way done. (: I am so happy, and to be honest. Half of the money, I couldn't tell you how I got it. (so you could understand at least.) Its a complete God-thing. I am so happy. So on the 4th I walked around uptown and to some business's --with my Aunt whom was very generous and helped me fund raise-- with a basket full of candy and cookies, and went to business, and just people walking around. I also sent out some more letters, although not so many people are responding as I hoped. Though many are- and I am BEYOND thankful for those who are and did. Anywhoo. I will update with more info.

Hola Amigos!!

Hey, I have been thinking about the trip, and I just hit me. Its this summer, I'm actually going. I feel so small compared to this trip. I am going to be way out of my comfort zone, and the only reason it makes since that I want to go, is to help spread Jesus. :) Which makes me feel a lot better, I am going to miss my family dearly, and I am going to have the most amazing time of my life. I really think I am going to find more about myself through this trip, and learn who I am in Christ, and figure and find out things that I had never have known before. Also its going to be an eye-opener because the people down there aren't living like I do in the USA and I'm going to realize so much more about the world and people who live in it........ BUT the money is Due April 1st, soo I need the money a little before that, which is kinda scary to think about, but I know that God wouldn't bring me this far then just forget about me. (I will not leave nor forsake you.) So I know some how, I will get it. Also I have figured out, and I am so excited about, if every person that I had sent the letters to, gives me $25 (a little less) then I will have the money I need :) So I'm just waiting for responses. So anyways, I'm not to worried about that, but Anywhoooo. I'm going to business's tomorrow for money, and my passport should be here this week. Things are actually coming together, I'm so happy!! :)

Getting a little bitt more money...

Hey, So I'm deffently going to try to post more. I've just been so crazy trying to get fundraining, and school. So anyways, My birthday was friday (Feb. 27) and I got $260 all together, and I am having my part on Wednesday? So hopefully I will get a little more from that also. Anyways, my grand total (so far) is $570. ( Maybe more, I have the total amount upstairs, although I dont feel like getting up :D ) So anyways, I am 1/4 of the way done. So I'm trusting God that he will supply the rest. Anyways, I am in contact with two people from the trip. I'm really excited, and I applied for my passport, a little while ago, so I should get that next week or sometime around there, So anyways please pray for me.

Hello Again!

Hey, Sorry its been a while since I last posted. I am currently waiting for people to reply - I sent out letters asking for donations. So we'll see how that goes(: I am going to be going to work with my dad sometime this next little while and ask for donations there. Anyways, I am thinking about asking my pastor if I can do something through the church, like a dinner or lunch after church. Or something like that, I only have a month to raise the money. Yikess. So far I have about $180. I know, I need A LOT more. But I know God will provide. So I'm all good with that. Anyways Only 124 more days till I'm in Miami!!!! I'm really excited!! So far I have gotten ahold of one person who is in the same state as me and going on the trip. I'm so happy, I'm going to get ahold of some more people who are going on the trip. Anyways please, please, PLEASE pray that I will get the money, and things go smoothly. So if your going on this trip, or you've been on previous BRIO magazine Missions trips. Please comment and maybe we can talk about it?

I'm accepted!

Hey,
Okay so yesterday I got my acceptance letter. So now I can start fundraising. I have 55 days till the money is due. - its due April 1st. =/ I am extremely nervous. But I know that I can get it done(: I have a few ideas for fundraising. I am going to send letters, ask some business's for donations like Walmart or Kroger's or other places that might be interested in helping, and babysit (If you live near me and want me to babysit for you- let me know!!!) and some other smaller things, I don't know if that will cover all the money though, (2,400) but might as well pray that it does!!! Anyways, I got my first Newsletter also. I have to get a passport, so I'm going to be doing that this week. I am so excited!!! But I'll post when I have more information.

Aloha!!

Heyy- I made this site to give you updates on whats happening on my trip with Brio. In case you didn't know. I'm going on a Missions trip this summer with Brio Magazine (focus on the family). I am extremely excited about this trip, Its going to be amazing. I'm so excited! I have some big things and expectations I have to do before I go on the trip. Well first of all, I have to raise about 2,400 dollars and a little more for other cost's. It might seem impossible, but not to big for God, right? Well anyways that's due on April 1 2009. Here's the website for more information about the trip. www.briomissions.com - Here's what I'm going to be doing while I'm down there. I'm going to be going to Miami Florida for 2 days for training and while I'm there I'll learn an evangelistic skit. Then from Miami I'll go to Guatemala. When I get to Guatemala I'll be going to schools, church's, poverty neighborhoods, and open markets and anywhere else me and my team will be able to perform and tell them about Jesus. I'm really excited about this experience. If you could pray for me about raising the money I would really appreciate it. To be honest I don't have a clue how I'm going to raise the money. But I'm not going to worry- its not my job(: But thanks for you're prayers!!!
